Seating Resource was founded by the vision of John H. Holguin in 1993 on the concepts of providing exceptional value, competitive pricing, and -- most importantly -- an unending attention to the needs of our customers. These principles will remain our focus as we continue to grow in the coming years.

Seating Resource is a commercial quality manufacturer. All items are made to order. Modifications to our standard designs are also available. We solicit your inquiries for your custom requirements. Construction:
All frames of our sofas and sleepers and fully upholstered chairs are constructed of American hardwoods, double doweled, corner blocked and reinforced. All have double front rail structures. All of our spring seating is of steel, individually hand set at approximate 4-inch centers. Horizontal support between spring is provided by steel spring wire, wrapped to avoid any sounds. Cushioning consists of highest quality polyurethane foam core wrapped top and bottom in one-half layers of bonded dacron polyester.

Warranty:
Frames are guaranteed against defective workmanship for one year. All warranty service work will be done at the factory only. Warranty valid only for manufactures specified use. Sofa and lounge chair frames are warranted for five years.

Cushioning:
All foam filling and cushioning material meets California Bulletin 117 fire retardant code. CMHR foam or California Bulletin 133 is available at extra cost. Please verify the need and requirement of your project and see Price List or contact us for a quote.

Finishes:
We use minimum of 3 coats, stain, sealer, lacquer, sanded between coats.

Samples:
Will be submitted for approval with a reasonable time after receipt of your order of 100 or more. Otherwise, samples will be made on order for approximately two (2) times the quoted price of the product and credited to the order when placed. Line Drawing: at a cost of $100.00.
